Thalassic Capital operates accommodation facilities centered in Nagoya as part of our hospitality business. As an urban hotel, we integrate regional culture and materials into spatial design and implement community-rooted operational models. From both real estate investment and operational perspectives, we advance sustainable accommodation development. Our approach goes beyond lodging provision—we aim to rediscover regional value and enhance long-term asset performance.
